The conventional system consisting of open anaerobic lagoons/ ponds are used for effluent treatment. These uncovered open ponds are not permitted in some countries and may be in coming years lagoons may no longer be allowed for POME treatment, additionally RSPO ( Roundtable On Sustainable Palm Oil ) may also bring up this issue sooner. |

We offer complete green technology solution for POME treatment without any kind of pond system to treat POME efficiently and at the same time methane gas is captured and can be utilized in biomass boiler or utilized in gas engine to produce electricity. Biogas trapping and combustion enables the project to register as CDM under the Kyoto protocol frame work, this generates CERs or carbon credits selling of which increases the projects profitability. |

The Treatment system consists of Pre Treatment, Anaerobic digestion, Secondary treatment and Tertiary treatment plant. The final BOD discharge level will meet the DOE requirements of 100 or 20 mg/l . |
